This disgusting specimen of a man (if you can call him that) is a self described pick up artist who coaches men in the sexual abuse of women. Men pay Julien up to $3000 per course to learn how to emotionally and physically manipulate women into sleeping with them.
One of Julien's favourite "moves" is to grab the heads of female strangers and thrust them toward his crotch. He also likes to grab women in a choke hold and put his finger on his lips, whispering "shhh."
