Why The "so-called" Evidence About Michael Jackson Tabloid Bullshit.

It is no secret readers, that I am a die-hard fan of Michael Jackson. It's not just about his talents, but for the man himself, and I take pride in the fact that I am somebody who does understand him, therefore able to see who he really was, and not the stage persona, or indeed the "wacky" and "strange" person the media painted him to be.

So as you can imagine, when I heard the tabloid story of him reportedly spending millions to silence boys about his abuse of them, I was pretty angry. No, in fact I was livid. And the reason I was livid, was because I know this to be completely untrue, for several reasons.

Let's go back to the article in question, as published in the Daily Mirror among others. It talks about secret tapes from Philip and Stella LeMarque, who claim to have witnessed Michael abusing boys, and watching porn with them in a secret room at the back of his movie theatre. I shall now tell you a little history of about the LeMarques.

Both Stella and Philip where live-in staff members at Michael's Neverland Ranch. Their employment with Michael ended in the 1990's. In the 1990's Phillip Le Marque approached The National Enquirer, trying to peddle a story of Michael abusing child-actor Macaulay Culkin, asking for a payment of $500,000. (Let's also remember that at the 2005 trial, Culkin vehemently denied any abuse).  At the same time, he asked that the tabloid indemnify the couple against any legal action from Michael, because the couple had breached their confidentiality agreements, signed during their employment at Neverland. The paper refused, and the deal never went ahead.

This is not the first time the LeMarque's tried to peddle a story about Michael and indeed took money to help sneak in reporters from the National Enquirer at the wedding of Elizabeth Taylor and  Larry Fortensky, which took place at the Neverland Ranch.

During this time, the late Jim Mitteager was a reporter for the National Enquirer, and here is a little history about him.

Mitteager, was known to approach kids who were friends with Michael, whom had stayed at Neverland and other places. He  would offer them money to say that Michael had "touched them inappropriately." One such boy was Bobby Newt, who had spent two weeks with Michael, in his guest room at Hayvenhurst, along with Wade Robson. Mitteager offered Bobby's father a reported $200,000 to say that Michael had abused his son. A contract was drawn up, but the Newt's declined at the last minute. Why? Because the Newts knew that the allegations were untrue.

Years later, Bobby Newt told how Mitteager was eager to "bring Jackson down", desperate to find somebody who would lie that Michael touched them. I should also point out that Bobby Newt denies Wade Robson's claims that Michael abused him, saying: “Wade is straight as they come. He’s getting married. And nothing ever happened to him, either,”

So what is this all about? Well I think the message here is quite simple. The Le Marque's were discredited a long time ago, as reported here:  http://www.foxnews.com/story/2005/04/11/jacko-major-domo-lied-about-cashing-in/
Read the article and judge for yourself.

And as Bobby Newt as explained, Michael did sometimes have a habit of dropping people at the drop of a hat, changing his phone number, and just stopped calling. That was certainly the case with Gavin Arvizo. Indeed, Gavin visited Neverland one day to be told Michael was not there, but later bumped into him on the property. According to Gavin's testimony at the 2005 trial "his heart broke right there." As Bobby Newt said, “You have to look at these people, go back and see when their relationship with Michael fractured. The calls stopped coming,”

These people didn't like it when Michael just stopped calling. And this was their way of lashing out and getting back at him.

Folks, let's just stop this ridiculous attempt to soil Michael's memory. Michael was found NOT GUILTY of all counts, by a unanimous verdict back in the 2005 trial. The FBI files released in September 2009 show absolutely no evidence of his guilt. I have read the file for Myself - scrawled across many of the pages is the word "nothing." I have also read the court transcripts from the 2005 trial - to say the prosecution case was weak is an understatement - it should never have gone to court. They had no evidence - they too found NOTHING - after 13 years of detailed investigations. The witnesses for the prosecution were fucking loons - claiming they had been kidnapped by Michael, held hostage at Neverland, only to escape and go back again of their own free will! Janet Arvizo claimed Michael had kidnapped them in a hot-air balloon. There were serious inconsistencies with the dates Gavin claimed Michael had abused him. He claimed Michael had plied them with alcohol - except Gavin and his brother knew the location of the key to the wine cellar. The whole case was ridiculous.

Personally, I don't need to be presented with these facts to know that Michael is innocent. I always knew he was, and I am proud to be able to say that with 100% confidence. As Michael himself said "just because you read it in a magazine, it doesn't make it factual." He only ever tried to do good in his life. And yet the greed of some will try and have you believe differently. It's tabloid bullshit, and the Daily Mirror and other tabloids have chosen to take this "evidence" at face-value rather than do some proper investigative journalism. Had they have looked into it as I have done - they too would have seen that it's all lies. But I guess the truth about Michael won't sell papers....
